"Recording a podcast with audio only is simple and manageable by one person, but adding a camera can complicate things. With OBSBOT series cameras, I can still handle everything solo, making it my top choice. It keeps production costs low compared to traditional cameras while allowing me to monitor framing and quality, all while leaving room to focus on audio control."
Description
Device Setup:
1. Deploy 3x OBSBOT Tail Air + 1x Tail 2 cameras.
2. Record separate audio via Rodecaster Pro 2, and then connect to Tail 2.

Production Process:
1. Import 4 video files into Final Cut Pro (Computer).
2. Sync them to create a multi-cam clip with 4 angles.
3. Import Rodecaster audio and sync with the video composite.

"Our team has had an incredible experience using OBSBOT cameras throughout our Ecamm studio. We’ve slowly replaced nearly all of our cameras with OBSBOT models, from the Meet to multiple Tail Airs and Tail 2s, because they give us unmatched flexibility, automation, and ease of use. OBSBOT has allowed us to build multiple recording spaces that are clean, cable-free, and highly functional—perfect for the fast, dynamic style of content we create every day."
Description
We’ve connected the Tail 2 cameras and the Tail Air cameras via NDI to the studio computers for high-quality, low-latency video and maximum flexibility. This also allows all of these cameras to be available and accessible on all of our Mac computers in the studio space.

The Tiny 2 and Meet 2 cameras are connected via USB.

We control all OBSBOT cameras directly from our computers using:
1. Ecamm Live (for switching, framing, and live production).
2. OBSBOT Center App (for advanced control and quick adjustments).

We leverage the OBSBOT cameras’ internal pan, tilt, and zoom and automated settings (face tracking, auto exposure, white balance, etc.) to maintain crisp image quality without requiring manual adjustments. We can access these features through OBSBOT Center app and Ecamm Live.
