OBSBOT Tail 2, Tail Air, Tiny 2 Lite, and Tiny 2 have received critical firmware upgrades, while OBSBOT Center, Obsbot Start, and Obsbot Live are enhanced with new functionalities. Below is a detailed overview of the innovations awaiting you.

OBSBOT Tail 2 Firmware Update

Upgrade to Version 7.2.6.1 now to access key updates.

1. Add Night View Mode

Night View Mode, this new feature enables you to shoot amazing footage in dim light, producing clear and vibrant visuals even in tough lighting scenarios.

2. Support the "Downward Shooting" function

When mounted vertically at a 90° angle, Tail 2 automatically inverts its perspective, enabling dynamic scene transitions in multicam setups by combining standard and inverted views for enhanced visual versatility.

3. Wi-Fi password supports up to 64 characters

This upgrade expands compatibility with different password settings and boosts network security.

With the ability to customize the switching speed between three preset positions, you can achieve more natural and fluid video shooting, ensuring seamless transitions for professional-quality footage.

2. Fix some known bugs

Fix an issue where the gimbal doesn't respond to a long press when using Tail Air with the 360° Rotation Charging Base and controlling via VISCA / Stream Deck.

The preset mode of Tiny 2 now offers more adjustable settings. You can save multiple customized configurations for different preset positions, fine-tuning focus, exposure, white balance, and color saturation to fit various shooting needs.

1. Tiny SE/Meet SE add High-Frame-Rate Recording

OBSBOT Center now offers high-frame-rate recording for Tiny SE and Meet SE users. This feature provides smooth, low-latency videos and enables slow-motion capture to spotlight key moments.

To enter Preset Mode, click "More Settings" under each Preset Position.

4. Support ISO Recording on multiple devices

When connecting to multiple devices, OBSBOT Center offers ISO Recording. In ISO Recording, the computer saves the raw video stream directly without any encoding or application of beauty effects, while in Preview Recording, the computer retrieves the original stream and then re-encodes it.

Real-time status displays for audio settings, HDR, and Night View Mode provide transparent feedback during operation, ensuring users remain informed of system status.

• Auto Zoom Speed: Customize the speed of Auto Zoom transitions to match your shooting style.

• Manual Zoom Speed: Fine-tune the speed of Manual Zoom transitions for precise, intuitive framing adjustments.

5. Tail Air supports "Preset Position Switching Speed" function (as detailed above)

This feature is accessible via "More Settings" > "General Settings" > "Preset Position Switching Speed" in Obsbot Start.

Note: This speed needs to be set separately for both landscape and portrait modes to ensure it takes effect in the respective mode.
