How to Connect OBSBOT Tiny Series to Nintendo Switch 2?

Follow this simple guide to activate "Switch 2 Mode" and enjoy a smooth connection between your Tiny Series' webcam and the Switch 2.

Step 1: Enable "Switch 2 Mode" in OBSBOT Center

1. Ensure both your Tiny Series' webcam firmware and the OBSBOT Center software are updated to the latest versions.

OBSBOT Center: Version 2.0.13.26 or later

2. Connect your Series' webcam to a computer using a USB-C cable.

3. Launch the OBSBOT Center app.

4. Navigate to "More Settings", then toggle on "Switch 2 Mode" to activate compatibility with Nintendo Switch 2.

5. Once activated, the webcam will restart automatically to apply the settings and get ready for connection.

Step 2: Connect the Tiny Series' webcam to Switch 2

Plug the USB-C end of the webcam directly into the USB-C port on the Switch 2 console.
If connecting to the Switch 2 Dock, use a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

Step 3: Run the Connection Test

1. On the Switch 2 home screen, go to "System Settings".

Step 4: Check the Connection Result

If the connection is successful, you will see a live video feed from the Tiny Series' webcam on your Switch 2's screen.

1. For OBSBOT Tiny SE: When "Switch 2 Mode" is enabled, High-fps Recording (1080p100fps / 720p120fps) is not supported.

2. If your OBSBOT Center is in Lite Mode, enter "More Settings" in the bottom-left corner to find the toggle for "Switch 2 Mode".
