Notice
- Please don’t turn off Me or OBSBOT Me Tool when upgrading.
- Please don’t disconnect with network.
- Also make sure that you disabled all the VPN, firewall, and antivirus App on your computer.
- Please ensure that the battery indicator is green before starting the upgrade.

Running OBSBOT Me Tool

Connect the device to the computer with the Type-C data power cable. Hold down the power button until the status indicator is steady green, which means the device started.

Enter OBSBOT Me Tool and check the connection status information of Me.

Auto Upgrade (Recommendation)

When a new firmware push on the server, there will be a prompt in the OBSBOT Me Tool. It will be shown in "Current Version".

Click「1」for upgrade.

Downloading.

After downloading, the upgrade begins automatically. During the upgrade, green lights and blue lights flash alternatively.

After the upgrade is complete, the camera indicator is steady green. Click Done to return to the main interface, and the current firmware version is displayed in the "Current Version".

Manual Upgrade

Please download the latest firmware on: https://www.obsbot.com/download

Check「1」for "Manual upgrade".

Click 「2」for "Choose Firmware", find the firmware you have downloaded in your computer then begin to upgrade it.

During the upgrade, green lights and blue lights flash alternatively.

After the upgrade is complete, the camera indicator is steady green. Click Done to return to the main interface, and the current firmware version is displayed in the "Current Version".
