OBSBOT August Firmware & Software Update Now Available

OBSBOT is rolling out the August Firmware & Software Update across the OBSBOT ecosystem, introducing new Avatar capabilities and a range of experience improvements. This update expands Avatar interaction with gesture-controlled Motion Capture on OBSBOT Tiny 3 and Tiny 3 Lite, while OBSBOT Center adds Dynamic Camera View and further enhances the Avatar experience. The update also improves Lite Mode performance in OBSBOT Center and stream setup and audio controls in Obsbot Live, along with Portuguese language support and additional bug fixes. OBSBOT Tiny 3 / Tiny 3 Lite Firmware Update

Upgrade to Version 6.6.10.1 (for Tiny 3) or Version 6.5.10.1 (for Tiny 3 Lite) to access key features.

1. Added a gesture toggle for Motion Capture to Avatar.

2. Fixed known bugs.

OBSBOT Center Software Update

Upgrade to Version 2.0.14.64 to access key features.

Pro Mode

1. Added Dynamic Camera View and a gesture toggle for Motion Capture to Avatar. [Windows only]

• Motion Capture Status: The current motion capture status is displayed in real time in the upper-right corner of the page. Make the “🤘” gesture to start or pause motion capture.

• Dynamic Camera View: Supports activating virtual camera movement with a single gesture. Click the drop-down button to switch between full-body and half-body dynamic views, adjust the camera movement speed, or enable gesture control.

Lite Mode

1. Optimized Lite Mode performance to reduce resource usage and improve overall responsiveness.

2. Improved the overall Lite Mode experience.

The video output guidance window has been refined for clearer information and improved readability. In addition, font rendering for all languages has also been optimized, providing better compatibility and readability across different displays.

General

1. Added Portuguese language support.

Obsbot Live Software Update

Upgrade to Version 1.6.0 (Android & iOS) to access key features.

1. Improved audio mixer controls responsiveness.

When audio is muted, the audio level meter now continues to reflect incoming audio levels in real time while appearing grayed out to clearly indicate the muted state. This allows users to continue monitoring audio activity even when the channel is muted.

2. Improved the setup experience for single- and multi-platform streaming.

3. Fixed known bugs.
