OBSBOT Center Update Now Available

We are excited to announce the latest update for OBSBOT Center, delivering a suite of new features designed to enhance control for your OBSBOT products. Below, we'll take you through these new features as well as usage instructions.

Upgrade to Version 2.0.13.26 now to access key updates.

For Tail 2

To access the features below, ensure your Tail 2 is running the required firmware (Version 7.2.9.1).

1. Added HDMI Output "Resolution" Settings

When using HDMI output, you can now select from Auto, 4K, 1080P, or 1080i to ensure optimal compatibility and video quality.

Note: 4K is not supported in portrait orientation. When the maximum frame rate for recording/NDl/RTSP/SRT is 30/29.97/25, HDMl supports 1080i.

2. Added "ONE PUSH White Balance"

Use a white paper or gray card as a reference to calibrate colors and achieve accurate white balance instantly.

Open the "Video Preview" window.

Click "ONE PUSH" in the "White Balance" section.

Place a white paper or gray card in the camera's view and position the green frame over it. Click the "✓" icon to confirm.

Tail 2 will instantly adjust the white balance.

3. Added "Gimbal Smoothness" Adjustment

Enjoy smoother camera movements with adjustable smoothness (levels 1-10), featuring a slow start and slow stop when moving the gimbal.

Note: Only supported in Pro Mode.

4. Added a "Hybrid Zoom" toggle

When enabled, enjoy 1x–12x hybrid zoom; when disabled, the camera operates at 1x–5x optical zoom, offering the flexibility to choose the most suitable zoom mode for your shooting needs.

Note: Only supported in Pro Mode.

5. Focus Adjustment in Video Preview Window

In Manual Focus mode, the video preview window no longer triggers auto-focus via left mouse click.

Note: Only supported in Pro Mode.

For Tiny 2/Tiny 2 Lite/Tiny SE

To access the new feature, ensure your webcam is updated to the required firmware: Tiny 2 (Version 6.0.12.2), Tiny 2 Lite (Version 6.2.8.1), or Tiny SE (Version 6.4.4.1).

1. Added "Switch 2 Mode"

Tiny 2, Tiny 2 Lite, and Tiny SE now support Switch 2 Mode, allowing you to video chat with friends or interact during gameplay. Click here to learn more about how to use it.

Note: When Switch 2 Mode is enabled, high-fps recording is not available, and video output is supported at up to 1080P 60fps.
