EWC 2026 and OBSBOT Bring Esports Fans Closer to the Action with 500+ AI Cameras

Official Camera and Webcam Partner will support player, creator and fan storytelling with professional-grade technology accessible to everyone at the world's largest esports event.

RIYADH / PARIS (June 26 2026) – The Esports Foundation (EF) today announced OBSBOT as the Official Camera and Webcam Partner for the Esports World Cup 2026 (EWC), bringing its AI-powered imaging technology to the world's largest esports and gaming event as it arrives in Paris this summer.

From July 6 through August 23, EWC 2026 will welcome more than 2,000 players and 200 Clubs from over 100 countries across 25 tournaments in 24 games. Throughout the seven-week competition, OBSBOT's cutting-edge technology will help capture the stories behind the competition, from player reactions and creator content to behind-the-scenes moments and championship celebrations.

At EWC 2026, more than 500 OBSBOT Tail 2 and Tiny 3 cameras will be deployed across all four competition stages and the Fan Fest festival grounds, supporting broadcasts, creator productions, player interviews, trainer footage, and live event coverage, alongside interactive demonstrations and creator-focused activations at the festival.

Combining 4K imaging, AI-powered tracking, and full NDI/SDI broadcast compatibility, the technology will help bring fans closer to the personalities that shape the competition. The same Tail 2 cameras used throughout EWC are available to streamers, content creators, and esports Clubs worldwide, giving them access to the same professional-grade technology used on the esports' biggest stage.
