How many video sources can Talent 2 bring into one production workflow?
Talent 2 can bring in up to 16 hardware and network video sources, including 4 HDMI inputs, 2 USB inputs, and up to 10 live IP sources. 16 video sources refer to the total number of supported source inputs that can be added to the production workflow.
Do all four HDMI inputs support 4K video input, and what is the maximum frame rate?

No. Among Talent 2's four HDMI inputs, HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 support video input at up to 4K@60fps. HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 support 1080p@60fps.

How do I change the audience from Only Me to Public when streaming to Facebook Live on Talent 2?

Talent 2 allows you to select who can view your Facebook Live stream, including Public, Friends, or Only Me.
If your stream is limited to Only Me, follow these steps:
1. Make sure Talent 2 is running the latest firmware version.
2. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations.
3. Find OBSBOT Talent 2, then select View and edit.
4. Locate Who can see you use this business integration? and change the setting to Public. Save the changes.
5. On Talent 2, open the Facebook Live settings and find the Audience.
6. Select Public, then return to the production interface and start streaming.
Your Facebook Live stream should now be visible to everyone.

How Do I Export Log Files from Talent 2?

Talent 2 supports exporting log files through either the Web UI or directly from the device. If you encounter an issue, you can export the logs and submit them to the OBSBOT Support Team for troubleshooting.

Method 1: Export via Web UI
1. Open the Talent 2 Web UI and go to System > Logs. 
2. Click All, then click Export. The system will package the logs into a compressed file and download it automatically. 
3. Once downloaded, send the compressed file to the OBSBOT Support Team for troubleshooting. 
 
Method 2: Export from Talent 2
1. On Talent 2, tap Menu > Feedback > Generate Log File. 
2. Tap Generate Logs. The system will generate a ZIP file containing the relevant logs and save it to the device's internal storage. 
3. Return to the Feedback page and select Submit New Feedback to submit the log file to the ticket system. 
 
Note:
Logs exported via the Web UI include records of operations performed within the Web UI, while logs generated directly on Talent 2 do not include Web UI operation records. Please choose the appropriate method based on the issue you are troubleshooting.

Can iPhone or iPad be used as a video source for Talent 2?

Yes. iPhone and iPad models equipped with a USB-C port can be connected to Talent 2 as video sources using a compatible USB-C to HDMI cable. Cables are sold separately.
