How to Make a Pledge?

Step 5: Select the destination of shipping. The platform will provide an amount that includes the shipping fee. （Note: The tax and VAT are not included, and they vary from different countries or regions.）

Step 6: You will then enter the payment page. （Note: Kickstarter supports only credit card payment, Paypal is not available for the platform.）

Step 7: After payment, your credit card will have a pre-authorization for the matched amount of the pledge. It doesn't mean the payment is finished but temporarily frozen until the project is finished.

Meanwhile, you will receive an email notifying you of the same information. You can also change or cancel your pledge anytime before the project ends.

Once the project ends, your credit card will be charged. We will also start collecting the shipping information from you via the Kickstarter platform. When we are ready, we will arrange the shipment for you as soon as possible.

Once we have collected the shipment information, we will deliver your package to the destination you provided. (The shipment usually takes 7-14 days.)
